RWD PFS = RWD scope wrt logistics and technical details. RWD knew what it was doing years ago and stuck to its plan. The costs went up as the accuracy of data increased.
The AMN PFS varies significantly from its scoping study. This suggests they got things very wrong pre scoping study.
The stuff you mention re RWD is history. One of its distractions is the cast off that is now the AMN project. LOL. The most stranded SOP project in Australia.
