You can't really say the AMN PFS is like their Scoping study.
The scope was way put on many things (eg water, power) and much has changed.
The new 350km road is from left field as far as I can tell. Was it ever mentioned before? How much survey work has gone into it I wonder? Back of envelope stuff?
As for wet harvesting, well it was dry in the scoping study. What interests me is that the dry harvest project for 370ktpa required the same pond sizing as the wet harvest project for 427ktpa. I don't think they could get 370ktpa out of 3400 hectares with their grade and it will be interesting to see if they can now get 427ktpa. One has to wonder how much RWD could do with wet harvesting if it is so much better?
As for consultants, I think AMN used some of the same guys.
