yup but have a look at the proposed dilution of the PRL shareholders, they will be lucky to be holding 10% (haven't done the exact numbers yet) so even if they do get this to $136m, PRL shares will be worth what, $13m? That goes nowhere near reflecting the capital that has been raised for this company.Let me do the numbers and come back with actuals
