    I wonder if Uruguay actually happened.. Was the drilling company we employed all a set up? build a rig, get it to Uruguay, claim there were problems, throw some mud on the ground, get fined... Meanwhile $20M & all the CR money disappears while a whole board & drilling company get paid. This latest announcement is just the perfect bail out! They did well, just not a real 'Oil well'
