    Here are the numbers.

    Post listing on AIM at $0.10 there will be a min of 694m shares on issue.

    Market Cap will be between $7m and $7.5m

    PRL shareholders will own 119m post consolidation or 17%.

    PRL Shareholding will be worth circa $1.2m in total.
