Under the joint venture, each party contributes up to US$2.0
million to the initial prospect identification stage, with CNRE
required to sole-fund further evaluation of selected projects
(CNRE election) up to US$4.0 million, in order to secure their
70% interest in the Project.

As the release states, any material find will transform Ausquest. Thats company speak for "make everyone a truckload of money".

Have been buying since they were 1c, I still think they are incredibly cheap but DYOR.
