Analytica has been granted patent protection in Japan (Patent No. 6069297) for the PeriCoach® System’s unique pelvic floor force sensing technology. Patents on the PeriCoach force sensors have now issued in China and Japan, with patents pending in US, India, Brazil, Australia, and Europe. Most jurisdictions allow patent protection for 20 years from the original lodgement date. Japan has enormous market potential for a global licensee with an estimated 15.8 million women aged 15-85+ currently suffering the effects of Urinary Incontinence1 . It has remained a top priority to ensure that PeriCoach becomes a global product, therefore Analytica has maintained its investment in intellectual protection in major markets around the world.
