Nice to see further confirmation of the areas potential from another source.
However we pretty much know all this and I,m not sure it required a TH.
It leeds me to suspect further news affecting MEC directly as oppose BUY which hasn,t been in TH or had a speeding ticket.
Perhaps PK is in the dark as much as the rest of us.
