d_giff thanks for the thoughts...yes i prefer to preserve capital in october which has a history, and also coz there are no other projects to hold the sp except anticipation of PEP. BUY has been steady and am holding that exposure anyway.
like you i will buy back in also..i did buy back once this year in the 30s. will try again later, in fact would be happy to pay 70cents on a genuine spud date...
