The delay is nothing and some folk maybe offloading stock perhaps cas they got a few more at 50c - this will pass. Wouldn't surprise to see more annos on approvals and accompanying media attention in next few weeks.
Unless you've got a red hot two month tip, not sure I'd be pulling up stumps to wait for the actual drill.
