It's a funny thing about planing, it's said "if you don't plan then you plan to fail" and planing in mining is set in concrete by the authorities. Planing future events involve timelines for things to happen at certain times as we all know. However when certain hiccups occur like hold ups in road works etc, as they always do in mining, those timelines go out the window. Much like most things in life. However if you start with a plan you have direction which allows you to modify those timelines as ERL has had to do to meet the original objectives of the plan which they are continuing to do. So why don't we all just cut them some slack, relax and wait for the final outcomes. It is what it is. GLTAIH.
