I don't think the ARM SP has any direct effect on PSM, it should be the other way round. When PSM rises so should ARM. The difference being ARM is being run by a bunch of incompetents who have done absolutely nothing except collect their huge salaries and watch the share price drop like a lead balloon over the past couple of years.
