Sure did SF. It was for those exact reasons and the location that made me buy on day one. Normally would have sat on the sidelines and watched this for a while. AOE hold over 20% as the no.1 shareholder(top twenty hold over 85%), AOE and STO farm ins, SB on the board and did i mention location, location, location. Now geothermal.
