Well, if some NST shareholders find out how ridiculously undervalued TBR and, particularly RND, are, they might be interested in buying some shares for themselves after doing their own due diligence.
I still believe that NST will ultimately make an offer to buy TBR and RND out. NST already owns just under 5% of RND. When, not if, IMHO. It's just a matter of price offered and whether the offer is friendly or unfriendly.
