Yeah the fact that Peel has focused so little attention or money on Apollo Hill for years now does not really augur well for trying to sell the project imo.
If they are trying to raise $7M for floating 63.7%% of the project then that places a value of $10.9M on 100% of the Apollo Hill assets. Or 30% of the current entire market cap of Peel.
Very ambitious indeed. Considering what such assets usually sell for !
