You can do it when ever you want by contacting the company secretary.
A few options are
1) Sell the oppies on market and then buy the heads with proceeds.
2) Wait until the oppies are well and truly in the money then convert by paying the 6 cents.
I doubt very much whether these 6 cent oppies expiring in 12 months time will expire.
