You seem to be knowledgable on matters geology. May I ask whether you have any understanding of the geology of the iron in this area and is it true that the iron here is haematite at the top (surface) but becomes predominantly magnetite the deeper it is.
If that is correct then it would be interesting to see the breakdown of each type over these tenements.
