Sorry Guys but this stinks. You have the two largest Long Term Minority Shareholders bending over coping it sweet where the sun don't shine, for what reason I can't fathom. Then you have PDN making a loan to the target company of $500,000 to fund its short-term working capital needs during the Offer period. Why not go to Summit shareholders for more funds. In whose interests are the independent directors working for here?
Let's wait and see how these so called independent directors working for us "Minority Shareholders" respond to the ""Independent"" Experts Report. In one to two years time do you think Summit will be worth less than the offer on the table today, I think not PDN.
