The APEC meetings are this weekend, and I am hoping we may get positive news regarding LNG third party access. Some positive news would be very welcome. We are not privy to why PDL10 has not been resolved, though I also doubt it will take years to resolve. With China's Belt & Road and Australia's new Regional focus HZN must take advantage and get something going. Its now or never!
