    This company for me at current prices is an oil play for me. The market has assigned zero value for PNG and so do I. So PNG’s unlawful asset grab has no effect on my valuation of the company. A buoyant oil price should see Horizon sp north of 20c and beyond. Debt will disappear and it’s fields have plenty of upside.
    At its current sp and debt profile, it is undervalued.
