Lots of nice words being said - whilst it's great we have good land in the NT with pounds in the ground any actual mining there will take 5 to 10 years (best case).

I really like Mulga Rock though and that is near term. There is a lot more commentary about near term spot prices of between 45 to 75 (1 to 2) years. If we can sign a binding offtake with a US utility for 60 and a chunk of cash from it upfront then we'll be rolling forward.

Probably the best near term (no producer) U asset in the southern hemisphere right now.
