Definitely looked to be manipulation based on the size of the parcels being traded to bring the SP down towards the end. The same thing appeared to be happening earlier today to boost the SP.
Strange timing on this release however, right before market close. I'm surprised they didn't just wait for the trading day to be over! Maybe the plan was to lock the SP with some decent gains in preparation for the next leg up (if positive news).
