My guess. You only go into TH if you have significant news.  When the news is evolving, you ask for 5 days so as to give you enough time to fairly and accurately inform the market.  Since last ann, assuming 600 f/day ROP,  they've hit the see bee and had an oll show. Oil is a permeability game, so if you found oil in the upper target, you most likely find it in the lower targets. So it is logical to ask for a TH now, so as to ensure uniform dissemination of price sensitive info. It will take them another 5 days to get to TD and to be able to tell the market what they found in the other zones as well.  On 5th Mar, they may ask for another extension to run DSTs.  The longer the trading halt. that happier we should be.
