There are multiple zones where they can stike success so they won’t stop drilling until the original target depth is reached and then they will analyse the crap out of every single detail. So if no gusher of oil it will still take a while to reach a decision to plug and abandon. My gut feeling is they will strike oil in at least one interval. Too much oil in the surrounding land for them not to.
