very strange. I don't think we can call it a duster regardless as we're nowhere near target depth. you don't just go half way and think "no oil here better stop now" right?!
the only possible scenarios I can think of are that they're approaching a mid-target and are pausing throughout, or they've intersected and it's positive.
IMO, DYOR - but would love to debate!
