At the time of the Sargon CR I was one of the shareholders who phoned and complained because of the way it was handled. I hate companies that keep diluting existing shareholders using the 15% rule and some even get  a mandate to increase their ability to issue. In my opinion its easy to raise when its going up and we all get diluted. If the company is struggling its existing shareholders who get squeezed to drop funds or the CR is heavily discounted. 

Under both regimes existing shareholders take the brunt.

At the time of my phoning they indicated that I was not alone and that quite a few had phoned. I am hoping that they have taken note as I still cannot understand why they took Sargon on-board. Effectively we all lost the opportunity of the shares slowly rising in price as supply would have been taken off the market. The counter argument can be that Sargon would not have bought them on market.

I don't see that management can actually be involved in the sale or trading of small volume (or any volumes) during a closed period. So the only party that could be doing it would have to know what is going to happen. The only player that that could be doing it would have to be the one that it would benefit. I personally don't see that happening. 

I doubt that SB is going to take any notice of the small volume share price. However the half year will determine the share-price.
