They said they will announce funding on 30th January 2019 or earlier.
They FAILED to do so.
They are now SUSPENDED until 4th February.
All I am saying is that GOOD companies somehow manage to sort out their sheet/funding and do not require prolonged periods of having their shares SUSPENDED.
Rarely, if ever, is a trading halt followed by suspension from trading GOOD NEWS.
