That’s what I originally thought but they are definitely already at 75%.
By exercising this Call Option, they raise their profit share to 100% of all PUREgraphite sales over 1,000tpa.
The less than 1,000tpa profit share remains at 50% with Dr Ed Buiel and Coulometrics.
Reading the ASX announcement, it states that they requested the TH “ pending an announcement regarding the completion of funding arrangements...”
It sounds like they have already secured the funding from the look of that statement.
