please correct me if I am wrong, however I thought Novonix ha a current 50% share in the joint venture and have the option to purchase a further 25% increasing their share to 75%.
Either way if they are exercising the option, it seems to me that it is a good indication about their confidence in the joint venture.
The interesting thing for will be to see how they will fund it and who is putting up the money.
