In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following informationregarding this request:

1. The reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement inrelation to a financing mandate for its Mount Peake Project.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement oftrading on Friday 14 December 2018 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 isreleased to the market.

3. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.
