You're making me dizzy phish. Well if it's to be "an early start" as you hoped for, it has to be before the start date of December previously announced by PEN, i.e. now or early December. So you did actually put a date on it.
I see your accusation that PEN management has been trading on inside knowledge is still visible. As Hussy says, you have balls mate. Got to give you that.
