It seems that way. Really wasnt meant to be much more than a throw away comment, but people have gone to jail for trades worth half of that. Seemed sus the volume jumped 30 minutes before a material announcement that required a trading halt. That said it could also be totally innocent so I doubt anything would happen anyway.
