They stated in the roadshows ages ago that they were continuing with running the business while IPO was moving forward and that there would be constant news flow.

I would not be surprised if maybe some directors/Managers pickup additional shares once announcement is out. They have have been prevented from doing this as they would have known that these announcements were due. May not take much fire power to get this above IPO
