The notice to the ASX is quite specific and clear:

The announcement is regarding the Isabel Nickel Project. Of course that could be several things.

BUT... Axiom clearly states that they expect the recommencement of trading on Thursday 20/9/18.

IF they were uncertain about their financial position, the project or something else "detrimental" to the company continuing to be able to trade, then I doubt they would  have made such a bold statement to the regulator (ASX) with confidence that they "expect trading to recommence".
