Well if you attended the shareholder meeting in Sydney you would have heard RM tell us all that he will do a JORC for SJ anyway. But, they dont need JORC to start mining which you don't seem to understand. Simple DSO operations are very easy to calculate economic's which you should know already given your occupation.
