I think everyone can see the value in what CAY management have pulled off.

It's also obvious that it was a long time in the making. With all that means; from understandably peeved holders to hopefully plans further advanced than would usually be the case. I like the sound of 'soon' in their reports.

Cap raise price, let's just wait and see what it is before we nail them to a cross. They obviously needed extra capital as they will now be pushing through on the planning and implementation phase. Can't do it on no cash. Hopefully the raise is only a modest sum and the market likes what they have done.
