why initially pause trading and then release a trading halt? also allowing some trades to go through prior to the halt??...poorly managed. A CR is only going to kill the momentum of the SP - it will most likely be at a discount and a material CR is going to add further dilution. I was hoping for a further announcement relating to business performance. I find it annoying when institutions who missed the boat on this company now want in and entice the company to sporadically announce a CR. Interesting to see what they will use the funds for.... anywho, for us retail investors it means that those who want to offset being diluted will need to buy more stock and increase risk.
