LiveTiles Limited (ASX:LVT) – Trading halt request Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, LiveTiles Limited ACN 066 139 991 (Company) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a material capital raising. The capital raising will involve a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 10 August 2018 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the material capital raising.
