Hate to say it but while this merger may be good long term, ie longer than 6 months, short term it has frozen the share price and made irc illiquid. For the people who have been waiting for news to appreciate the share price since teal stopped mining, it isn't going to happen. For what I can see this is the end of irc and hopefully price doesn't retract too much but until it becomes horizon I can't see how any other news will make the share price rise with the weight of shares being issued
