Regarding improving the head grade - it is an issue MD Jeff Williams is concentrating on recently...

There are many serious mines operating successfully on low head grade (eg Telfer 0.7 g/t, Cadia 1.12 g/t, Regis overall 1.11 g/t, their new project taken over years ago...and takes years to permit and develop - McPhillamys have grade 1.05 g/t... Resolute Ravenswood 1.19 g/t, etc )... the remedy is to drill and drill deep and eventually run out of money... 

We have the best specialists (and v. experienced) to deal with mentioned problems ... I feel we can rely on them as a shareholders... especially that our Chair and MD have a substantial holdings as well as both companies have serious top 20 holders... Drilling deep is v. v. costly... (I bought a bit of IRC 2 days ago)
