Clearly ..the market attributes NO value to the rest of AKK acreage despite
Report's findings...bit like saying you have a 50 unit site block worth say
$2mill..or $40,000 per unit..for sale..but because you only have a first stage
Permit for 5 units[10%]poorly researched potential purchasers are only interested in
offering around $200,000...how do you think both the Agent and vendor would
greet such market value ignorance..
