The real purpose is very clear - management is desperately trying to infer that the rest of the acreage will be the same as the acreage covered by the report.
Still only infers (assuming the remaining acreage is as good) 41,000 bbls of P1 oil across the entire acreage.
But don't forget, the conventional approach to drilling leases is to drill the most prospective sections 1st, to get the investors excited. That implies the rest of the acreage is not as good as the acreage covered, so 41,000 bbls P1 oil at best.
