The news yesterday gave a timeframe that hadn't been given and so the market reacted positively to the news. Of itself the news wasn't deserving of such a jump in my view.
The market knew that the 022 Study was favourable in regards to oxygen desaturation and the market knew the FDA was asking the company to resubmit its application. So the huge jump to my mind was too much. Today as cooler heads prevail there is a sell off by profit takers I would guess.
In the Annual Report to June 2012, the company had approximately $23 million in cash.
