I'm with you on that Znew.
Last time I actually recieved a really positive and well thought through letter from the secretary, and I couldn't really fault it.
The letter I sent off was essentially about the SP and pretty much the points you raise....ie: what is the company doing/going to do to actually improve investor confidence/sentiment and give us, the investor, something back.
I'm disapointed to hear your letter respone was not of the tone you wanted.
