Also, it clearly shows, that it’s not enough of huge vote of confidence from epa to get pass contract, as nag missed out on early works contract.
You need huge vote of confidence from developers to get pass not epa.
Anyone with suitable land can get epa approvals, as long as you meet the requirements.
