These 2 MTAs are only for 1/3 of the (Anode) IP. Technically they will be each enhancing their own "11herbs and spices" special formula. Thus they could both deploy Anteocoat™ and the competition will be in marketing - unless there is an Exclusive IP deal struck. Nonetheless there would be competition to get to market 1st, and as for confidentiality that is in Anteo's favor as each partner will be in the dark as to the other's progress - possibly accelerating development progress. Anteo may not be in a hurry to negotiate either, we have to hear about the 2&3rd (Cathode and Composite applications) IP/MTA paths - a complete IP package could be on the cards. However, given the special formulas in premium batteries there may be a mixed bag of deals.
