at least $94 million was allocated for the Esperance Port Access Corridor project in the 2012/2013 State budget, means things are still moving ahead with Esperence Port Expansion
the actual port is expected to be funded by private investors so it doesnt show up in the budget
Oakajee on the other hand looks like it could be mothballed indefinitely
makes port allocation all the more valuable (if they can get it)
