you would think that the purchaser would have been well aware of the port situation before commencing due diligence
CAZ could certainly be clearer about what the conditions precedent are with regard to the port though, are we just waiting for a confirmed allocation in Stage 2 from Esperence ports? or do we require more than that?
similarly with the exploration JV, what are the proposed terms? what is the upside for CAZ?
