As per the prospectus they had to start construction within 6 months of listing an complete within 12 weeks. They did start within the 6 months and footings now in place. Would be nice to see more regular photos on twitter. Once completed they will get paid in 6 months if Subaru choose to keep it (be crazy not to). My gut feel would say that once this one is built, the owner of the dealership would look to do others immediately. Would also expect once built, it would be used as a showcase. Gut feel would say late 2018 orders would be coming in for car parks form other businesses.

Changed my sentiment to hold until I see further progress of build and cash burn in the quarterly.
