What's concerning is that in the 12 months since floating they've yet to secure 1 paying contract. Not even 1. Not even a soft contract which says "subject to the first one being built"
Where was all this mooted demand for car parks all across the country?
Or was I right all along and that land is way too valuable to have car parks built on them.
